Lead the Builder Channel as a Business Development Manager. Your role will bridge relationships across architecture and design to drive project specifications and brand impact. This position requires a proactive approach to develop and nurture relationships with builders, designers, and architects. Mastering the full sales cycle is critical, including handling negotiations and ensuring client satisfaction. Utilize your expertise to pursue opportunities and create partnership strategies. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships in the builder sector Drive sales opportunities and account planning strategies Present Caesarstone products through engaging educational sessions Manage the project pipeline and customer interactions Collaborate internally to maximize sales effectiveness Requirements: 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience Strong grasp of architectural and interior design trends Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Flexibility to travel as needed Utilize your knowledge and experience to enhance relationships, drive sales, and elevate project outcomes in the design and builder sectors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
