Drive safety excellence as an Intermediate HSE Advisor in major water resource projects. Collaborate with management and teams to implement robust health and safety measures across construction operations. This role engages with all levels within the construction sector, guiding the execution of a compelling HSE program. You will oversee safety documentation, support project personnel, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Your contributions will directly impact the success of HSE initiatives and the organization's safety culture. Key Responsibilities: Support Health & Safety Program and annual HSE objectives Provide guidance to project teams on safety practices Maintain HSE documentation and records Lead HSE training and orientation programs Manage HSE incident investigations and reporting Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety preferred Minimum 3 years' experience in health and safety management Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and legislation Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Flexibility to travel across project sites as needed Elevate health and safety standards by championing key initiatives and leading effective communication across impactful construction projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
