Responsibilities Demonstrate successful administrative experience/leadership training, along with the capability to facilitate staff development and foster professional growth; Innovatively lead with awareness of current educational trends; Be an effective communicator and dynamic leader with an appreciation for rural communities; Be a strong instructional leader who can support teachers in utilizing diverse approaches to literacy, numeracy, and mental health education; Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that reflects our commitment to maximizing student learning in a safe and caring environment; Collaborate with stakeholders, including students, parents, staff, and the community, to promote a shared vision and goals for the school; Implement innovative educational practices and strategies to enhance student engagement, learning outcomes, and overall school performance; Oversee the daytoday operations of the school, including budget management, staffing, and resource allocation through a sitebased management process; Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of building relationships with students, staff, and parents through active interaction both in the school and in the community; Possess a teamoriented leadership style that demonstrates both a willingness to be actively involved in school activities and a commitment to supporting those taking a leadership role; Possess strong organization, communication, and problemsolving skills and is an effective teambuilder.
