Job Details As a Dealer Sales Representative , you will develop and maintain strategic partnerships with retail accounts locally covering the Barrie up to Sudbury and North Bay area. Through relationship management with business owners along with key store associates; you will provide beneficial sales support that will help them grow their business. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities Service existing customer accounts and find opportunities for growth within the sales territory. Facilitate product recommendations (application, performance, training, and color). Develop account planning strategies, sales opportunities, accounts with growth potential, and understand existing business and the segments they serve. Utilize CRM tool to handle accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports, etc. Analyze territory performance and develop sales territory business plans. Use initiative in handling customer problems, complaints and warranty issues to resolve in a timely manner. Prioritize/conduct dealer/end-user education and product information seminars. Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience calling on retailers. Minimum education High School Diploma, Bachelor''s degree in business related field strongly preferred. Coatings or building industry related knowledge is strongly preferred. Digital literacy: knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required and CRM software experience preferred. Must possess a valid Driver''s License with clean driving record. You will not have the capacity to be remote as you will visit customer locations throughout the week. Salary range is $62k-$72k plus bonus. Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada without employment-based visa sponsorship (now or in the future).
