Support customer success in the energy sector as a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Engage with clients to drive product adoption, deliver value, and maintain strong relationships to enhance their operational efficiency. In this essential role, you will document success plans, proactively identify risks, and ensure customers meet their business goals using innovative software solutions. Collaborate with product and engineering teams while communicating insights gathered from clients to inform enhancements and drive satisfaction in a rapidly evolving environment.
