Location Peterborough, ON Responsibilities Lead communication with internal customers and facilitate the timely completion of various internal tollgates. Coordinate project documentation approvals and submissions to align with overall project schedules. Coordinate material readiness for all internal work orders according to production schedules. Proactively identify potential delays and take necessary actions to minimize their impact on project schedules. Seek continuous improvement to internal procedures and programs. Support the resolution of internal issues to ensure project deliverables are met. Maintain individual allocation targets, enforce budget adherence and review job budgets and runout estimates as necessary. Participate in internal meetings such as project tracking, customer reporting, problem solving, and continuous improvement. DaytoDay Focus Assist a diverse team, manage and achieve results through influencing and setting expectations/actions, engineering and product excellence. Effectively support resource allocation and activity management, ensuring task/milestone completion ontime/onbudget. Qualifications College Diploma or University Degree. At least 2 years of relevant experience in business office processes and practices, including an understanding of manufacturing processes. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Superior organizational skills, high attention to detail, commitment to process improvement, and ability to multitask. Proven timemanagement and organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure with tight timelines, experience managing multiple conflicting priorities, and ability to prioritize effectively. Salary The base salary range for this position in Ontario is $68,000$90,000 per year, with additional compensation such as annual cash incentive and a full range of benefits.
