Join as a Spa Products Technical Support Expert, providing exceptional technical assistance on spa and swim spa inquiries. Engage with dealers and customers primarily in French and English. This role focuses on resolving functional and operational issues for spa products through effective communication and technical knowledge. In addition to handling inquiries via phone and email, you will perform on-site service, write technical updates, and provide critical feedback for product improvements. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve spa product technical issues Answer dealer inquiries professionally and promptly Deliver verbal instructions and support in French Conduct service visits to customer locations Collaborate with QA for product enhancement initiatives Requirements: Fluent in both French and English 5+ years of customer interaction experience Strong technical knowledge of spa products Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly Valid passport and drivers license for travel Capitalize on your technical skills and customer service expertise to enhance spa product support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
