We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) to join our growing team and build a strong client base within our thriving practice. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients dealing with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each clients needs. Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. Actively grow and maintain a personal client caseload, with a commitment to consistent and reliable therapy delivery. Participate in weekly group supervision sessions for ongoing clinical support, feedback, and professional development. Collaborate with other team members in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Engage in continuous professional development to ensure high standards of care and best practices in therapy. Qualifications Registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) . Qualifying registrant status will not be considered. Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, etc.). Experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Demonstrated ability and willingness to build and maintain a client caseload. Availability to work 3 or more shifts per week (exact hours flexible). Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy. Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality standards. EMDR training or other specialties are an asset and will be highly valued, though not required.
