Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager (AM) to lead our relationship with Metrolinx. In this role, you will drive both business development and project execution, supporting project managers, fostering crossbusiness line collaboration, promoting resource sharing, and securing new opportunities. Your leadership will be central to strengthening Stantecs presence in the rail and transit market by consistently delivering innovative, highquality solutions that surpass client expectations. Key Responsibilities You will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals to advance our Win, Do, Manage, Grow pillars across Stantecs business lines (Transportation, Community Development, Water, Buildings, Environmental Services, and Energy and Resources) for the Metrolinx account. Leadership Build and select account team members aligned with integrated client opportunities. Coach and empower the Account Management team to deliver value and engage the client. Lead and facilitate regular account team meetings. Grow and manage the Metrolinx account portfolio through strong relationships, trust and understanding. Conduct ongoing discovery to anticipate and respond to evolving client needs. Communicate and collaborate across teams to enable exceptional service delivery and business management. Identify crossselling opportunities within and beyond Stantecs current business lines. Monitor and pursue upcoming master service agreements to support business growth. Implementation Contribute to proposal development to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs and expectations. Support project delivery teams. Work closely with pursuit teams and marketers to maintain alignment with account strategy. Maintain strong internal and external communication to ensure quality, consistency, and closedloop feedback. Regularly update Pipeline and associated activities. Negotiate terms and conditions that support profitable and highquality project delivery. Qualifications A bachelors degree in engineering, architecture, science, or related field. Minimum of fifteen (15) years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
