Accounting Clerk Maple Toyota, part of Zanchin Automotive Group, a privately-owned network of 35+ successful dealerships, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic ACCOUNTING CLERK to join the Team. Specifically: maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable and receivable ledgers enter all required data from invoices run schedules and journals, as directed perform cash balancing, bank deposits, and reconciliations calculate and print required statements or receiptspost invoices and prepare cheques, as required process vehicle transaction deals, verifying the accuracy of all pertinent information assist in closing month- and year-end process and submit insurance and warranty remittances, and reconcile related schedules reconcile vendor statements and AP ledge accounts to resolve discrepancies prepares and maintains the commission payable reports for payroll About you Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in accounting administration and processing, including: 1 to 3 years of proven accounting experience post-secondary education in accounting or finance proficiency in working with ERP systems (ie.
