Overview Job Title: Customer Development Manager, Shoppers Drug Mart. This role is based in Toronto and is expected to work in the office 4 days per week. Travel is required up to 25% of time. Hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities Work independently to develop, negotiate and implement a Customer Plan to achieve Financial and 5P Objectives for all of Colgate''s brands/categories, and deliver annual sales/share targets. Utilize Category Management Tools (eg. Nielsen Desktop), Atlas, LDIA to understand consumption and shipment data to identify brand/category performance trends and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Customer Development, Marketing and Supply Chain to build business opportunities and ensure planning accuracy. Collaborate with eCommerce teams and maintain weekly touchpoints. Required Qualifications BBA, B. Comm or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in a Customer Development role in the consumer products industry. 1+ years of experience in a Customer Manager role managing Grocery/Drug/Mass customers. Experience in developing strategies and plans to respond to shoppers/customer trends delivering against commercial goals. Proficient skills in LDIA, Nielsen, Numerator, Google Slides & Sheets. Preferred Qualifications Category Management experience. Experience using AI tools (Gemini, Chat GPT). Compensation Salary Range: $115,200.00 - $134,400.00 CAD per year. Pay is based on several factors including experience, education, skills and location.
