Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission-based Business Development Specialist located in Calgary, AB. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, creating and maintaining relationships, conducting sales presentations, and closing contracts. The role also entails tailoring security solutions to client needs, delivering exceptional service, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve growth targets. Qualifications Strong communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build meaningful client relationships Demonstrated expertise in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools Effective skills in training clients or team members as needed Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills Prior experience in the security services industry is an asset Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
