Job Title

Lead maintenance initiatives as a proactive Maintenance Manager within a top fiberglass insulation facility. Champion safety and continuous improvement while managing a skilled maintenance team in a unionized setting. This pivotal role reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for cultivating a culture of safety and operational excellence. As the leader of the maintenance team, you will direct daily operations, prioritize process improvements, and oversee project budgets. You will also facilitate training on SAP and CMMS tools to enhance team performance. Key Responsibilities: Promote safety standards across maintenance teams Develop and guide maintenance team members Oversee planning and troubleshooting of daily maintenance Drive corrective actions through root-cause analysis Work with production to enhance equipment reliability Requirements: Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent 5+ years of experience in trades with leadership At least 2 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing Knowledge of maintenance strategies and tools Strong problem-solving and communication skills Utilize your expertise to mentor a team while focusing on safety and continuous operational improvements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
