ADLP provides comprehensive underground construction services (including civil, mechanical, structural, and electrical), underground development and production, shaft repairs and maintenance, surface mining drilling and blasting services, mining engineering, maintenance shutdowns, mechanical, electrical, fabrication, furnaces, and raise boring. Currently, ADLP is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as an Accounting Clerk reporting to the Corporate Controller . The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Entering and validating data in accounting systems (ERP, Excel) Processing Accounts Payable invoices, ensuring correct coding for job projects Posting cash receipts from clients and managing Accounts Receivable Performing monthly bank reconciliations Drafting journal entries, including accruals and adjustments Ensuring accuracy in financial recording and compliance Assisting in the preparation of tax remittances Assisting in monthly reconciliation reporting Maintaining organized records for audits and regulatory reviews, including intercompany transactions Assisting in tracking and allocating costs between JV partners according to the JV agreement Additional duties as required to support accounting and organizational goals Qualifications: Postsecondary Business Administration and/or Accounting Diploma or equivalent required Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and data entry Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in English; bilingualism an asset Ability to plan, organize and work with minimal supervision Ability to multitask while upholding strong attention to detail Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Uphold company values and maintain confidentiality Why Choose ADLP?
