Envirospec Solutions Inc, located in Edmonton, AB, provides a range of environmental consulting and assessment services including bulk asbestos sampling and assessments, mould and lead sampling and assessments, air monitoring and occupational hygiene services, and water damage and smoke damage assessments. Role Description This is a full-time role for an Industrial Hygienist. The Industrial Hygienist will be responsible for conducting indoor air quality assessments, providing environment health and safety (EHS) support, assisting with environmental health assessments, performing air quality monitoring, conducting occupational health assessments, and preparing detailed written reports. The position will be based in Edmonton, AB but some remote work is acceptable. Qualifications Indoor Air Quality and Air Quality monitoring skills Experience in environment health and safety (EHS) support and environmental health Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations Ability to conduct environmental assessments and to interpret and analyze data Strong communication and report writing skills Experience with asbestos, mould and lead sampling and assessments is a plus Relevant certifications such as Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Environmental professional (ESA) would be beneficial.
