Were seeking a Program Manager, Clinical to play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding resident-centered care while leading and empowering a multidisciplinary team. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, youll be a key member of the site leadership teamdriving clinical excellence, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the highest standards of care across Long-Term Care and Supportive Living programs. What Youll Do Champion Resident-Centered Care Oversee and coordinate high-quality, individualized care plans Act as a key contact for residents, families, and decision-makers Address and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy Assess care needs and support appropriate resident placement Manage occupancy, admissions, transfers, and discharges Lead and Inspire Teams Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and mentorship to clinical staff Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management Ensure appropriate staffing levels and workload distribution Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful team environment Promote open communication across staff, residents, and partners Drive Clinical Excellence & Accountability Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and legislation Oversee documentation accuracy and care quality monitoring Lead audits, reporting, and continuous quality improvement initiatives Manage clinical programs, equipment, and operational budgets Participate in policy development and interdisciplinary initiatives Promote Safety & Wellbeing Champion a culture of safety and infection prevention Lead responses to emergencies and outbreaks Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety standards Support staff education, training, and safe work practices Why Join Us: At The Brenda Strafford Foundation, we are more than a workplacewe are a united team.
