Important Note for Coop Applicants This posting is for the Fall2026 and Winter2027 terms. Candidates may be considered for both terms during the screening process, but offers will be made for only one 4month term per candidate. 8month terms are not available. Program Overview The Coop Analyst program is designed for penultimateyear undergraduate students. Participants complete a oneweek training and orientation, then are assigned to an Investment Banking product or industry group. The program includes networking, training seminars, and mentorship. Responsibilities Support deal teams in the execution of M&A transactions and equity and debt financings. Prepare client presentations. Perform complex financial analysis, including financial modeling. Conduct company and industry research and analysis and collaborate with internal product partners. Maintain internal databases. The position is located in Calgary, Alberta. Qualifications Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program; expected to graduate in 20282030. Excellent academic standing, extracurricular participation, and demonstrated interest in finance. Strong understanding of the energy sector. Excellent analytical skills in business, financial, and credit analysis. Strong interpersonal skills for a demanding team environment. Ability to review, assess, and provide detailed information on multiple projects in an organized manner. Strong work ethic and high integrity. Preference to students in their 2nd or 3rd coop term with a finance concentration.
