Support individuals within a group home as a Community Disability Practitioner. Deliver personalized care, from hygiene to recreation, while ensuring safety and effective communication across Calgary. This role focuses on providing comprehensive assistance to individuals, particularly those with autism and developmental delays. You''re expected to manage personal care, encourage social interactions, and maintain a clean and safe living environment. Additionally, driving and accompanying individuals to appointments and activities is a requirement.
