Join as a Part-Time Clinical Dietitian focused on enhancing nutritional care for residents. Lead assessments, develop interventions, and foster nutrition education in a collaborative setting. In this role, you will work closely with the clinical team to perform nutritional assessments and create care plans that address the diverse needs of residents. Utilizing your expertise, you will interact with families and other professionals to ensure the optimal nutritional support for each individual. Participation in ongoing evaluation and communication regarding dietary programs is key to this role. Key Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate dietary needs for residents Implement tailored nutritional care plans Collaborate with the Dietary Manager on resident needs Approve and review seasonal menus for nutrition Educate residents and caregivers on dietary guidelines Requirements: Registered Dietitian with College of Dietitians of Ontario eligibility 3-5 years of experience in long-term care settings Proficient with software tools; RAI MDS 2.0 expertise an asset Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with teams Utilize your nutritional knowledge to improve the lives of residents through effective care plans and education. #J-18808-Ljbffr
