Position Schedule: Full-Time Branch Address: 2755 Broadmoor Blvd, Ste#172, Sherwood Park, AB Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, youll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. Youll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional client service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and inperson interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. Support account management, including account opening, handling transfers, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate client records. Handle various administrative tasks: scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and strategically executing the branch business plan. Utilize technology such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firmprovided software. Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year. Actively listen for situations in clients lives that may indicate a need for additional services. Drive marketing activities, such as planning and executing events.
