Overview Were DiveThru, providing mental health support through in-person studios and an online platform. Services include therapy and psychological assessments, with partnerships to make mental health support more accessible for teams. Were looking to add a Community Ambassador to our DiveThru Crew to help spread the word and grow our community while reducing stigma around mental health. Responsibilities Attend local events, markets, and community spaces to connect with the public and raise awareness about DiveThru Represent the DiveThru brand and values with warmth, confidence, and professionalismupholding ethical standards around mental health communication Distribute DiveThru materials (brochures, posters, and our mental health stickers) at designated locations across the city Engage meaningfully with community members to spark conversations about mental health and share information about our studios and services Create authentic content (photos, videos, stories) that can be used on DiveThrus social channels Monitor local events and community happeningsbring ideas to the team about where DiveThru should show up next Track and report on your activities to help us understand reach and engagement Support studio openings, special events, and local campaigns as needed Qualifications / Skills Outgoing, approachable, and energized by meeting new people with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations Passion for mental health and reducing stigma; genuinely care about making a difference Initiative and proactive contribution; able to work without constant direction Flexible and quick-thinking; able to adapt to changing plans with confidence Self-starter who can work solo and collaborate when needed Organized and dependable with strong time-management Confident repping a brand in public spaces Plus Experience in marketing, promotions, or street team activations Familiarity with the local Edmonton community and events scene Content creation skills (photo/video for social media) Requirements Access to reliable transportation; comfortable transporting promotional materials such as posters and stickers Compensation Hourly rate: $20/hour Hours of work Casual role with flexible, event-based hours; includes days, evenings, and weekends Location Edmonton and the Greater Edmonton Area; positions at DiveThru Studios (Central, Whyte Ave, Windermere, and St. Albert) and at local events The Next Steps Read the job posting to ensure its the right fit When ready to apply, attach your cover letter and resume with the following information in your cover letter: Are you a dog or a cat person?
