Deliver exceptional nursing care as a Registered Practical Nurse focused on senior health. This permanent, full-time position allows you to build meaningful connections while providing high-quality care for residents. Reporting to the Director of Wellness, you will serve a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors. Your responsibilities will include administering nursing care in accordance with established policies, as well as support for the Personal Support Workers under your supervision. Emphasizing teamwork and communication will enable you to create a supportive environment for residents. Key Responsibilities: Administer nursing care based on policies Create a supportive atmosphere for residents Oversee care for residents and communicate with families Guide and supervise Personal Support Workers Conduct assessments for admissions and changes in status Requirements: Registered with CNO as a Practical Nurse Preferred experience in senior health or geriatrics Strong judgment and risk assessment capabilities Ability to enhance team dynamics and environment Eligibility to work legally in Canada Contribute to fulfilling the lives of seniors through dedicated and compassionate nursing practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
