Students with excellent interpersonal skills are welcome to apply for part-time roles Responsibilities Build referral networks with immigration consultants, agents (local & international), recruiters, and corporate clients. Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and in-person meetings to generate business opportunities. Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with potential partners and clients. Prospecting for employers via cold calls/ Email Marketing Contact inbound leads via phone, email and WhatsApp. and schedule appointments for legal consultants. Provide accurate information on services and requirements. Record client interactions, prepare agreements, and follow up accordingly. Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and eligibility Clearly explain services and immigration pathways Coordinate with the legal and processing team for a smooth handover Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Explain services and assess client needs. Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns. Travel for client meetings (G/G2 License required). Who You Are Fluent in English (Punjabi, Hindi, or other languages are an asset) Minimum 1+ year of B2B sales or business development experience (immigration industry strongly preferred). Strong network within immigration consultants or overseas agent community is an asset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to independently generate and convert corporate leads. Comfortable with field sales and traveling for meetings. Access to a reliable vehicle (preferred). Legally authorized to work in Canada.
