Join as a Procurement Specialist focused on aerospace and aviation industries. Master procurement processes while supporting timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services. This position reports to the Aerospace Procurement Manager. You''ll engage in sourcing activities, responding to internal requests, and managing vendor negotiations. Your expertise within supply chain management will enhance purchasing strategies and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Source materials and services from established and new vendors Review internal requests and manage RFQ processes Create purchase orders per established procedures Handle discrepancies and facilitate resolution processes Execute cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing Requirements: 47 years of experience ideally in aerospace procurement Relevant degree or certification in supply chain management Proficient in using MRP systems, JD Edwards a plus Strong computer skills with emphasis on MS Office Ability to obtain necessary security clearances Utilize your procurement skills to drive successful sourcing and maintain operational efficiency in aerospace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
