Position Summary Working as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. An OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate picks, packs and dispenses online orders ensuring highquality standard and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty. What Youll Do Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve On Time delivery to customers. Pack orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, correct product codes. Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality (e.g., no damaged products, freshest product selection). Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc. Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a spaceefficient manner while still maintaining product quality standards. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and provide service including supporting issue resolution. Maintain strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including keeping the work area clean, promptly cleaning spills and debris, and ensuring all totes are clean and void of debris before packing. Operate material handling equipment safely, performing all preinspection checks before use. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards. Demonstrate flexibility in completing or adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules. Compensation The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75.
