Role Description The Territory Manager plays a critical role in growing the Red Truck Beer brand across Alberta. This role is responsible for aggressively growing market share through new customer acquisition, effective distribution, and strong inmarket execution. Youll manage and expand relationships with key retail, and onpremise partners while driving volume, visibility, and brand presence across the territory. This is a handson, fieldbased role focused on disciplined execution, strong relationship building, and identifying opportunities to add value for customers. Youll support event activations, trade and consumer events, marketing programs, and promotional initiatives, while maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and customer businesses. This is a fulltime, onsite position. Key Responsibilities Grow market share through new account acquisition, distribution gains, and effective promotion. Analyze industry and internal sales data to build compelling sales presentations with a clear focus on ROI. Proactively identify opportunities to grow business, add value, and keep Red Truck brands top of mind. Execute and support event activations, trade shows, marketing programs, and consumerfacing events. Maintain strong knowledge of Red Truck products, competitors, and customer business needs. Manage customer relationships, route planning, and account activity using CRM tools. Qualifications and Experience 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, including handson territory management. Proven ability to build, grow, and manage customer relationships within a defined sales territory. Strong understanding of sales strategy, market analysis, and performance tracking. Comfortable presenting brands, executing promotions, and communicating value clearly and confidently. Previous experience in the beverage alcohol or hospitality industry is a strong asset. Postsecondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Personal Attributes Strong relationshipbuilding skills, both internally and externally. Able to work independently while staying aligned to clear goals and objectives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly selfmotivated, organized, and creative. Passionate about craft beer and driven to succeed. Skills and Technical Expertise Experience managing a sales territory with accountability for results. Knowledge of craft beer or a strong aptitude to learn quickly and become a brand advocate. High proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Other Requirements Legally able to sell alcohol and work in Canada. Valid AB drivers license with a clean driving record. Ability to work evenings and weekends as business demands. Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
