Role Overview The Operations & Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in supporting EraTrees daytoday transaction execution, client onboarding, and operational controls. This role focuses on ensuring accurate payment processing, timely settlements, clean reconciliations, and smooth onboarding workflows across fiat and crypto rails. Working closely with Operations, Compliance, Trading, and Finance, the Operations Analyst helps maintain institutionalgrade operational standards while supporting Era Trees growth across Canada and select international markets. Key Responsibilities Payments & Transaction Operations Support daily OTC payment and settlement operations across fiat and crypto rails Track transactions from trade execution through settlement and confirmation Monitor payment statuses and assist in resolving failed, delayed, or unmatched transactions Coordinate with internal teams, banks, and payment partners to ensure timely settlement Reconciliation & Operational Controls Perform daily and periodic trade, payment, and balance reconciliations Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and document resolutions Maintain reconciliation logs, exception tracking, and auditready records Support internal controls related to approvals, segregation of duties, and recordkeeping Client Onboarding Operations Support client onboarding operations, including checklist tracking and documentation completeness Coordinate onboarding workflows across Operations, Compliance, and Sales Assist with banking, liquidity provider, and service partner onboarding from an operational readiness perspective Validate settlement instructions, supported payment rails, cutoff times, and operational requirements Support golive readiness checks and earlystage transaction monitoring for new clients Work closely with Compliance to ensure onboarding and transaction flows align with AML/KYC requirements Support transaction monitoring reviews and operational data requests Assist in preparing operational data for audits, banking reviews, and regulatory inquiries Escalate unusual activity, operational risks, or process gaps promptly Reporting & Process Improvement Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations and payments reports Track operational KPIs such as settlement timelines, exception rates, and onboarding turnaround times Assist in documenting and improving SOPs, workflows, and operational controls Identify opportunities for process improvement or automation Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field 25 years of experience in operations, payments, fintech, banking, or financial services Strong understanding of payment flows, settlements, and reconciliation processes High attention to detail with strong analytical and problemsolving skills Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines in a fastpaced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Exposure to crypto, stablecoins, or digital asset operations Experience supporting client onboarding or compliancedriven workflows Familiarity with internal controls, audits, or regulatory environments Experience with tools such as Salesforce, payment dashboards, reconciliation tools, or KYC/AML platforms Why Join EraTree Join a trusted OTC platform operating with institutionalgrade standards Gain handson exposure to cryptofiat payments, settlements, and onboarding Opportunity to grow into senior operations, payments, or risk roles Collaborative, highownership environment with direct impact on business execution Competitive compensation and growth opportunities Pay Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year Benefits Dental care Disability insurance Extended health care Life insurance Education Bachelor''s Degree (required) Experience Operations, Crypto, Compliance: 1 year (required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
