This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, managing orders, and ensuring a smooth, positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries (4060 calls per day) Accurately process and enter customer orders Manage and respond to emails in a timely manner Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery Build and maintain strong client relationships Qualifications & Skills Bilingual in English and French (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a friendly, approachable attitude Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to take initiative and work independently Positive, proactive mindset What Were Looking For Were looking for someone who is dependable, energetic, and takes initiative.
