Through relationship management with business owners along with key store associates you will provide beneficial sales support that will help them grow their business. Key Responsibilities Facilitate market growth opening new dealer locations. Service existing customer accounts and find opportunities for growth within the sales territory. Facilitate product recommendations (application, performance, training, and color). Develop account planning strategies, sales opportunities, accounts with growth potential, and understand existing business and the segments they serve. Utilize CRM tool to handle accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports, etc. Analyze territory performance and develop sales territory business plans. Use initiative in handling customer problems, complaints, and warranty issues to resolve in a timely manner. Prioritize/conduct dealer/end-user education and product information seminars. Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience calling on retailers. Minimum education High School Diploma; bachelor''s degree in business related field strongly preferred. Coatings or building industry related knowledge is strongly preferred. Digital literacy: knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required, and CRM software experience preferred.
