Position Summary Seasonal Support, Digital Health Intern We are seeking a motivated Project Management Intern to support the Project Management department in coordinating team activities, daily operations, and key project initiatives. This internship is ideal for individuals looking to gain handson experience in clinical informatics while contributing to meaningful healthcare improvements. On a practical level, you will Assist project managers with daytoday coordination of projects, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and supporting timelines. Support project documentation, data entry, and system testing activities to ensure accuracy and quality. Develop and maintain downtime procedures and resources using Microsoft 365, PDF tools, and SharePoint. Participate in team and stakeholder meetings, document minutes, track action items, and support followups. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives through data collection, analysis, and reporting. Help maintain project plans, dashboards, and team resources to support effective project execution. Qualifications Enrolment in a University degree program in health care, life sciences, health information management, or business management. Demonstrated interest in the health care sector and/or health policy. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills. Organization skills, timemanagement skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Forms. This is a Full Time Temporary position of 4 months with 8 hour shifts, Day shifts in the Digital Health Department.
