Implementation Associate Job Responsibilities Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, the core responsibilities of the position are to: Build and maintain client relationships through listening and customer focus skills; must be approachable and patient Consult with clients, review and understand their current work process Work with clients to amend their processes to best fit our software Facilitate the preparation of any software customization specifications and follow up to ensure client acceptance Work with clients to deliver implementation on time Discuss requirements and explain functionality to both technical and nontechnical individuals or groups Job Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a Construction Accounting role with a sound understanding of accounting fundamentals Previous experience with the procedures and processes of the Construction and Service industry Training experience would be an asset Strong planning and functional/technical skills Able to be patient and maintain composure in situations Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills Effective communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills Must be willing to travel Business Unit: Scheduled Weekly Hours: 37.5 Number of Openings Available: 0 Worker Type: Regular #J-18808-Ljbffr
