Job Title

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in PeopleSoft Financials and PeopleTools development . The ideal candidate will bring a balanced mix of technical and functional knowledge, with handson experience across core financial modules and integration capabilities. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support solutions within PeopleSoft Financials (GL, AP, AM modules). Develop and maintain PeopleSoft components using PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, XML Publisher, and Application Packages . Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate requirements into technical solutions. Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD) . Perform end-to-end system integration , including external interfaces and thirdparty integrations. Develop and support reports using nVision and BI Publisher . Work on Fluid UI development , including Tiles and Homepages. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Write and optimize complex SQL queries to resolve data issues and improve performance. Support system upgrades using PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) and latest PeopleTools releases. Manage code migrations and deployments using change control tools such as PHIRE or STAT. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong handson experience with PeopleSoft Financials (GL, AP, AM) . Extensive experience with PeopleTools development , including: Application Engine SQR Application Packages Experience with web services integration (REST/SOAP). Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries. Experience with nVision and BI Publisher reporting tools . Handson experience with Fluid UI (Tiles & Homepages) . Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and PUM (preferred). Familiarity with change management tools (PHIRE, STAT, etc.). Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in banking or financial services domain . Exposure to latest PeopleSoft tools and application versions .
