Youll be hands-on with every stage of design, from concept to completion, and play a key role in shaping workplace and commercial environments for a diverse client base. What Youll Bring For Intermediate Designers (5+ years): Experience managing projects and clients with confidence. Strong design and presentation skills. Solid understanding of codes and construction. For Senior Designers (10+ years): Deep knowledge of building codes and the design process. Confidence presenting to executives and leading projects. NCIDQ and/or BCIN strongly encouraged. Ability to mentor and inspire junior designers. For both roles Revit proficiency is essential. Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office will help you hit the ground running. Ready to Join Us?
