Job Description Summary As a member of our field staff, you are part of a large team that shares the workload and supports one another at every turn. Field staff deliver and install temporary fence, receive guidance from a Supervisor and Operations Manager, and work together to load their trucks and deliver the best customer experience possible. Full indepth training and coaching, including forklift certification, is provided. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and involves daily interaction with clients, operations staff, and their counterparts. Responsibilities As a Fence Installer & Driver you will: Transport fence materials safely to and from job sites using a onetonne truck. Serve as the lead hand on site, supervising the crew during fence installation. Safely set up and tear down temporary fencing per company procedures. Complete required operational paperwork, such as job reports, truck inventory logs, and site checklists. Interact directly with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Valid Class5 drivers license and clean driving abstract. Availability to work weekends and longer hours when required. Physical ability to lift and carry heavy fence panels (50lbs). Own reliable transportation to reach job sites. Strong defensive driving habits. Experience operating tablets and smartphones. Knowledge of basic tools and equipment is an asset.
