The product range covers bowl cutter knives, specialty slicing knives, injector needles, and a broad suite of industrial cutting solutions, supported by consulting, custom fabrication, and precision sharpening services. It is a business with genuine expertise, a strong customer base, and a clear opportunity to grow. We are now looking for a VP of Sales to take ownership of the commercial function. This is a senior role with real accountability. You will have a direct line to leadership, a team to build and develop, and the backing of a parent company that invests in the people and resources needed to get the job done. The expectation is clear: grow the business, win new customers, and do it in a way that is measurable and repeatable. What you will be doing: Design and execute data-informed sales and marketing strategies aligned with revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share expansion goals. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, focused on hitting clear, quantifiable targets (e.g., pipeline velocity, quota attainment, campaign ROI). Taking ownership of the sales strategy and being directly accountable for revenue growth across both new and existing customers Building out the new customer pipeline while protecting and deepening relationships with the existing account base Leading, developing, and holding accountable a sales and marketing team against clear, measurable targets Tracking and reporting on the numbers that matter: pipeline health, conversion rates, margin performance, and forecast accuracy Presenting regular commercial updates to senior leadership and Permanent Corp stakeholders Collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans reflect what the market actually wants Representing Rudolph Industries at trade shows, customer sites, and key industry events What we are looking for: At least 3 to 6 years of sales experience in manufacturing, meat processing, commercial food equipment, or a closely related industrial environment A genuine track record of revenue growth, with the data and stories to back it up Experience managing and developing a sales team, not just carrying a bag yourself Comfortable working in a PE-backed environment Hands-on experience with CRM and reporting tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Sage The ability to translate technical product knowledge into commercial conversations with customers #J-18808-Ljbffr
