As a Sr Developer / Developer, Full-Stack, Concierge Technology, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Aritzia''s Concierge technology. This role will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including Digital Product Management, Digital Design, Concierge, Omni, Enterprise Technology, Data & Analytics, and Marketing. ROLE Contribute to innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow Help translate business requirements into scalable, usercentric technology designs for Aritzia Contribute to the development, configuration, and integration of solutions to ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure Implement structured testing that ensures functionality and identify and address deficiencies Launch and proactively maintain technology solutions, collaborating with teammates to improve development processes QUALIFICATIONS Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in building and scaling APIs, with solid understanding of API versioning, documentation, and design patterns Experience with React frameworks such as Next.js, and with developing React components and design systems Ability to collaborate with design, for effective implementation of Figma design specs into UI/UX components and experiences A proven understanding of clientside and serverside rendering development patterns Hands on experience with Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Firestore, Cloud Storage, and IAM, or capable of working with equivalent services in other cloud ecosystems Experience implementing secure authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT), secrets management, and best practices aligned with PCI/PII security standards Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues, analyze logs and traces, and drive high availability and reliability across services Comfortability collaborating with clients, articulating technical recommendations, and balancing business goals Skills in optimizing development workflows, improving efficiency, and mentoring team members A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia''s Values and Business and People Leadership principles COMPENSATION At Aritzia, we provide marketleading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our payforperformance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $100,000$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
