Team Overview Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS) group, under the Chief Information Officer, focused on delivering secure and reliable digital experiences. Define, execute, and sustain the integrated technology target state and data model to support EDCs 2030 business transformation. Establish and manage the rolling 3year Digital Roadmap to sequence technology outcomes. Lead integrated digital, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity implementations to create excellent customer, user, and employee experiences. Responsibilities Understand client requirements and translate them into technical terms and user stories. Design and develop data products using scripts and code that meet these requirements. Collaborate with Agile teams of Data Architects and Engineers to develop solution approaches. Research and document data platform artifacts, including sourcetotarget mappings, business rules, diagramming, cataloging, and lineage. Analyze system data elements and existing structures, ensuring efficient data flow. Review and recommend conceptual, logical, and physical data models for compatibility and optimal design. Use endtoend data process knowledge to cleanse, enrich, and ensure accuracy and consistency of data. Organize, analyze, and disseminate information accurately while simplifying complex solutions for nontechnical audiences. Present complex issues to stakeholders using persuasion, influence, negotiation, and conflictresolution skills. Deliver clear documentation that supports signoff and is serviceable for technical team members. Participate in sprint activities such as Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Business, or related field. Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with deep SQL scripting expertise. Wellrounded experience across the data lifecycle, including dimensional and relational modelling, data quality, SQL programming, ETL development, metadata management, and master data management. Experience reverseengineering existing ETL and code for data insights. Ability to produce ETL specifications based on the physical data model. Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and accuracy in disseminating large volumes of information. Excellent oral and written communication skills for both business and technical audiences. Strong listening and storytelling skills. What Will Make You Stand Out Experience with Azure Data Platform technologies. Experience with Databricks.
