Job Details Lead with Purpose. Deliver Excellence. Enable Exceptional Care. PCRM Alberta is seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to join our Edmonton clinic as Managing Director . This role represents a critical leadership position at the intersection of clinical excellence and operational performance. Working in close partnership with the Medical Director and physician group, the Managing Director is accountable for ensuring the delivery of safe, highquality, patientcentred care through strong operational alignment, governance, and leadership. Role Overview As the senior administrative leader of the clinic, you will be responsible for aligning people, processes, and infrastructure with clinical priorities, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives. You will lead all nonclinical functions of the clinic while supporting clinical governance, quality assurance, and longterm strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Clinical Integration & Governance Partner with the Medical Director and clinical leadership to support patient safety, quality assurance, and clinical governance Ensure compliance with CPSA standards and the NonHospital Medical and Surgical Facilities Accreditation Program Support incident review processes and continuous quality improvement initiatives Operational Leadership Provide oversight of daytoday clinic operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and service excellence Identify operational risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies Drive continuous improvement in patient access, experience, and performance outcomes People & Organizational Leadership Lead recruitment, development, and performance management of administrative teams Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and collaboration Partner with clinical leaders to align workforce planning with patient care needs Financial & Business Leadership Work with the VP for budgeting, financial performance, and resource allocation Promote financial stewardship while maintaining excellence in patient care Support datadriven decisionmaking and longterm planning Facilities & Infrastructure Ensure a safe, compliant, and wellfunctioning clinical environment Daytoday vendor relations, contract management, and oversee clinic infrastructure projects Support clinic growth and evolving service needs Qualifications Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience, preferably within healthcare or a regulated environment Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinic, medical practice, or similar setting Postsecondary education in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience Experience in fertility or reproductive medicine is considered an asset Leadership Profile Strong ability to partner effectively with physicians and senior clinical leaders Sound operational and financial judgment Experience navigating complex, regulated environments High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountabilityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills A balanced approach to achieving business objectives while prioritizing patient safety and clinical outcomes Total Rewards Competitive compensation Fertility benefits Extended health and paramedical coverage Health Spending Account Employee Assistance Program Retirement plan with employer match Four (4) weeks vacation Personal care days Employee referral programCollaborative team environment Modern clinical facilities Our Commitment to Inclusion PCRM is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
