This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves people, enjoys beautiful homes, and wants to be part of a reputable, award-winning team. What You''ll Do Welcome and greet prospective home buyers visiting our show homes Provide a positive and informative first impression of Mason Martin Homes Answer general questions and direct qualified inquiries to our sales team Ensure the show home is presented in an immaculate and inviting condition Represent our brand with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm What We''re Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and punctual weekend availability is a must Real estate knowledge considered an asset, but not required Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred Schedule & Compensation Weekends only: Saturday & Sunday, 1:00 PM 4:30 PM Competitive hourly pay Bonus incentives available
