Position Overview As Senior Manager, Business Digital Enablement CRM Solutions, you will contribute to the oversight and strategic design of CRM primary product capabilities in IB Retail & Digital Banking, to drive client experience and to build primacy across the target IB Retail Segments while ensuring the business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Responsibilities Oversee and strategically design CRM primary product capabilities in IB Retail & Digital Banking to drive client experience and build primacy across target IB Retail Segments. Serve as Senior Product Manager managing the definition, design, implementation, and operational integrity of the enterprisewide IB Retail Business Digital Enablement roadmap for areas such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology (iCRM, Sales Platform, Salesforce) and campaign/portfolio management technology. Collaborate with teams in Consumer Analytics, Digital Banking, Global Banking Technology, Global Operations, local business lines, and the Consumer & Small Business team to identify, define, and build innovative technology solutions that deepen customer relationships and engagement. Lead userled design sessions with frontline users to ensure product design reflects user needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Translate business goals into clear, actionable product plans aligned with the IB CRM Capability Map and growth segments team. Use data and analytics to identify user needs, track product performance, and inform decisions through market research, user testing, and competitor analysis. Manage Agile/Scrum development, working with crossfunctional teams to drive the product development process, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery of highquality features. Take ownership of work, demonstrating a proactive, resultsoriented approach and strong problemsolving skills. Define and lead change management framework to support implementation and adoption of new technologies and functionalities. Foster effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, presenting product updates, roadmap plans, and insights to executives. Utilize industrystandard tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Figma.
