To learn more, visit clutch.ca.About The RoleWe are seeking a Learning & Development professional with experience in manufacturing environments to design, implement, and scale training programs across the business. This role focuses on program architecture, content development, and TraintheTrainer enablement, ensuring training is delivered consistently by leaders, supervisors, and subject matter experts across multiple teams, shifts, and locations.
