Key Responsibilities Strategic Client Relationships: Act as the daytoday steward of client partnerships, building trust through proactive communication, sharp thinking, and attention to detail. Strategic Viewpoint: Bring insight and curiosity to every brief. Analyze market trends and client challenges to cocreate strategies that inspire bold creative and deliver measurable impact. Financial Accountability: Own projectlevel financial health with discipline and clarity. Track budgets, manage scope changes, and flag risks earlyensuring resources are used wisely and deliver maximum value. Work closely with Finance and internal leads to align financial performance with creative excellence. Organic Growth & Delivery: Deliver work that performs, inspires, and builds brands. Manage multiple projects with precisionaligning teams, timelines, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution. Identify organic growth opportunities and support new business efforts with energy, insight, and initiative. Coaching & Team Development: Be a collaborator and connector. Mentor junior team members, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning. Bring curiosity and positivity to the table, helping teams push ideas further and elevate the work together. Skills & Qualifications 13 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related role, with exposure to project management, client relations, budgeting, and crossfunctional collaboration. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision, ensuring ontime, onbudget delivery of highquality work. Strong foundational understanding of marketing strategy, paired with the ability to contribute meaningfully to strategic conversations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skillscollaborate effectively with internal teams and build client trust through proactive, solutionoriented thinking. Curious and insightdrivenable to analyze trends, anticipate challenges, and contribute to creative solutions that elevate the work. Comfortable managing scopes, tracking budgets, and supporting financial health across projects. Selfmotivated, detailoriented, and entrepreneurialdriven to grow, take initiative, and build lasting impact across accounts and the agency. Experience using AI and other digital tools to enhance research, uncover insights, and inform recommendations.
