They are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Lawyer to join their experienced team.ResponsibilitiesHandle all aspects of Real Estate transactions.Supervise and assist junior and senior law clerks handling a high volume of residential and refinance, purchase, and sale transactions.Review agreements of purchase and sale, new build contracts, status certificates, loan documents.Liaise with clients, counsel, financial institutions, title insurance companies, land registry offices, etc.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years Real Estate experience.Member in good standing with the Law Society of the appropriate Canadian jurisdiction.Ability to work well under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.Strong teamwork skills, trustworthy, accountable, proactive and a positive work attitude.Strong written skills.What you will get in returnThis is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to grow their career in a diverse firm.
