They value professionals who take pride in their work, communicate well with trade partners, and appreciate a healthy balance between high standards and team culture.The OpportunityAn experienced Site Superintendent is required to support projects throughout Alberta, with a primary base in Edmonton. This is a handson, sitefocused role well suited to superintendents who enjoy project variety, leading field teams, and delivering highquality builds in multiple locations.You will be responsible for overseeing all onsite construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedule and quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all onsite construction activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site staffChampion site health and safety programs in accordance with OH&S legislation and company HSE policiesCoordinate site layout and work closely with surveyors to ensure accurate building layout and elevationsPlan, schedule, and control site activities to ensure projects meet cost, quality, and timeline expectationsConduct daily site orientations and hazard assessments, maintain detailed daily reports, and track progress against the construction scheduleEnsure projects are constructed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable building codesManage site quality control processes and ensure all work meets projectspecific quality requirementsSchedule and chair regular subcontractor coordination meetingsReview drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to confirm complianceUtilize sitebased computer systems for reporting, scheduling, and communication(Experience with Procore is considered an asset but not mandatory)Qualifications & Experience3+ years of progressive field supervision experience on commercial and/or light industrial construction projectsJourneyperson certification or postsecondary diploma/degree in a related disciplineGold Seal Certification preferredStrong technical understanding of construction methods, materials, specifications, and sequencingProven ability to lead a strong safety culture on active construction sitesSolid understanding of contracts, scope management, and risk mitigationAbility to coordinate multiple trade scopes and maintain schedule alignmentFluent in English (spoken and written)Valid drivers licenseWillingness to travel and work on projects throughout Alberta, including outoftown assignmentsLocation & TravelPrimary residence: Edmonton, ABInperson, sitebased roleTravel required across Alberta depending on project locationCompensation$100,000 $145,000 base salary, dependent on experienceFulltime, permanent position
