We strive to inspire students to grow academically, socially, and emotionally in a supportive community.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a part-time kindergarten teacher to join our dedicated team on-site in Calgary, AB. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering Montessori- and Alberta Education-aligned lessons, managing classroom activities, fostering a stimulating, positive learning environment, and supporting each student's development. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records, communicating with parents and guardians, collaborating with colleagues, and participating in ongoing professional development opportunities. The position is from 8 am to 1 pm.QualificationsExperience in teaching, lesson planning, and educational methodologiesStrong communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and colleaguesFormal training and hands-on experience in education and training practicesAlberta Education Teaching Certification is mandatoryFamiliarity with Montessori principles or a willingness to learn is an assetAbility to foster inclusive and diverse classroom environmentsCommitment to professional growth and lifelong learning
