Aversan delivers leading-edge and reliable safety-critical electronics and software systems to the aerospace, defence, and space industries.We are currently seeking a qualified Digital Marketing & Office Coordinator to join our team. This role supports Aversans engagement initiatives through social media coordination, event planning, and creative content development, while also providing onsite administrative and office support. Responsibilities include interdepartmental coordination, office operations, vendor liaison, event and luncheon setup, internal scheduling, social media assistance, and general administrative support to leadership and teams.Location: MississaugaJob Type: On-siteResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, etc.)Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional mannerDesign visually compelling graphics and shortform videos for social media posts and event promotionsCreate and maintain branded templates for recurring social media and eventrelated contentOrganize and maintain a digital asset library (images, videos, templates, and brand materials)Provide front office and on site administrative support, including visitor reception, phone and mail handling, day to day office operations, vendor coordination, and administrative support to leadership and teamsSupport the planning and execution of internal and external events, including event logisticsCreate and coordinate digital and physical event materials, including signage, banners, presentations, and promotional contentBasic QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Office Administration, Communications, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience coordinating social media content and managing social media platforms is an assetProven experience in an office administration or administrative support role, preferably in an onsite or corporate office environmentProficiency with basic design and productivity tools (e.g., Canva, Microsoft Office); experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an assetExperience using macOS devices and Apple-based environments is an assetStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and external contactsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyPlease note: Interested applicants must apply directly to the employer to be considered for this position: The subject of the email should be Digital Marketing & Office Coordinator Application.
