Senior Program Specialist Full-time | Calgary, AB | Primarily In-OfficeThe Independent Power Producers Society of Alberta (IPPSA) convenes power producers and stakeholders to create opportunities for dialogue, collaboration, and education.IPPSA is looking for a highly capable and proactive Senior Events & Administration Specialist to support the execution of our events, member services, and core operations.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable working independently to solve problems and keep initiatives moving forward. You will play a key role in delivering IPPSAs annual conference and member events while supporting the organization's day-to-day operations.This is not a purely administrative role, we are looking for someone who takes ownership, exercises judgment, and can execute with minimal supervision.his position is based primarily in our downtown Calgary office, with some flexibility to work remotely when appropriate. During peak times, including the annual conference and other major events, increased on-site support and occasional travel will be required.We are looking for someone who is excited not only to contribute immediately, but also to grow with the organization.
