To execute on our mission, our team partners with industry-leading orthodontists and pediatric dentists from coast-to-coast and provides support for back-office functions (i.e, finance, marketing, operations). As the patient is at the center of all we do, our goal is support Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentists so they can focus entirely on what they do best: delivering excellent care. We are looking for an Dental Operations Associate to join our small but fast-moving team. This is a foundational role: you'll start by doing the work responding to requests from our practices, learning our internal processes, and getting involved in all aspects of our operations. Youll then use that experience to help us scale our network of orthodontists and pediatric dentists.Role DescriptionLearn the business from the ground up: You'll spend your first weeks ramping and learning how we operate understanding how we each practice operates, our internal processes and the work it takes to grow a dental practice. Support strategic initiative: Take full ownership of workflows and projects that involve centralizing corporate functions, rolling out new initiatives and technology, and identifying opportunities to leverage emerging software. Support practice operations: Partner with our doctors and discover what it takes to run a successful practice. Build upon their work and help grow their practice through operational excellence. Excellent Communication: When communicating with our team, our doctors or our staff, you communicate with clarity and care. Use data and reasoning to justify your decisions, then get buy in from stakeholders through communication You're comfortable with ambiguity: There will be a lot of nuanced and unique situations daily.
