We are committed to building a professional, inclusive, and performance driven environment where team members are empowered to take ownership, develop their skills, and contribute to the success of the portfolio.About the RoleThe Renovation Project Coordinator, reporting to the Director of Capital Improvements, supports the execution and delivery of in-suite renovation programs and capital improvement projects across the Hamilton portfolio. This role is responsible for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring work is tracked, organized, and progressing in alignment with timelines, budgets, and company standards. The Renovation Project Coordinator works closely with internal teams and external vendors to support efficient project execution and minimize disruption to operations and residents. The role operates as a key support function within the capital projects team, with a focus on coordination, communication, and process execution. This is a 3-month contract to start, role can be extended.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate multiple in-suite renovation and capital improvement projects across the Hamilton portfolioSupport the development and maintenance of project schedules, timelines, and sequencing plansTrack project progress and identify deficiencies during the renovation periodFollow up on outstanding tasks and deficiencies to ensure timelines are metAssist in identifying risks, delays, or issues and escalate as requiredCoordinate site logistics including access, materials, and schedulingSupport efforts to minimize disruption to residents and building operationsAudit site conditions and create scopes of workObtain and review contractor estimates to ensure scope alignmentMaintain organized records of contracts, quotes, and vendor documentationTrack project costs and maintain up-to-date budget summariesQualifications3+ years of experience in construction, renovation, or project coordinationExperience supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProperty management or multifamily residential experience considered an assetPost-secondary education in construction, engineering, or a related field considered an assetRequired SkillsStrong organizational and coordination skillsProficiency in Microsoft Teams and ExcelExperience with Yardi considered an assetValid G license and access to a vehicleEqual Opportunity StatementDrake Property Management is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible workplace.
