Were currently looking for aClient Experience Representativeto join ourClient Experience & Support Team.Job DutiesDeliver superior customer service via phone, email, and chatResearch and resolve customer issues, liaising with other departments when necessarySchedule deliveries, installations, and service calls with accuracy and within timelines.Create and update tickets in HubSpot, taking first action on all customer challenges and transportation refusalsAssist customers with compensation options (e.g., damage allowance, gift certificates) when appropriateLocate and review original orders, quotes, and packing slips to resolve discrepanciesManage inboxes and forms within HubSpotRequirementsSecondary School Diploma requiredMinimum 2 years of customer service experience (appliance industry is an asset)Strong customer service and troubleshooting skillsPositive, friendly, and professional demeanorAbility to manage frequent interruptions and short deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot), AI-driven tools, MS Office, and emerging technologiesPhysical Demands:Able to move with ease throughout; sitting, standing, walking intervals.Able to sit at a computer work station/ desk for minimum 3 hours intervals.Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per yearTG Appliance Group is dedicated to providing accessible employment practices that are in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
